Applied Behavior and Learning Consultants is now hiring for part-time positions in Germantown, MD. Most current positions will begin in the afternoon around 2:30/3:30, and all positions have the potential for growth to full-time over time.

Position Requirements:/

• Current and valid Registered Behavior Technician Credential – or willingness to pursue on a fast track
• Provide community and home-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized service plans and behavior support plans
• Document progress on program and behavior goals, as well as, daily documentation of service
• Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the plans, identify problems, and provide timely recommendations for a solution
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude to the clinical environment
• Participate in training and supervision from our certified and licensed staff members
• Teach through a more naturalistic and fun approach
